  • Active code specification development for ACI and ASCE committees which are reflected in the code specification references (also led to the development of first textbook on Reinforced Concrete Design with FRP bars and wraps).
  • Working and guiding the elementary school (North Elementary) and Morgantown High School (MHS) for STEM programs and research programs in the national level competition for “future challenges” with sustainable materials.
  • Over 20 Research-to-Practice activities successfully conducted in collaboration with students, interdisciplinary faculty, government agencies, and industries to design and develop structures with advanced FRP materials or recycled materials and carry out rehabilitation with FRP materials (listed separately).
